What does it involve?
- Live with others in the same role as you, and people with learning disabilities too.
- Help to create a home for people with learning disabilities and enable them to maximise their independence.
- Support individuals in their leisure, social, practical, physical and spiritual needs.
- Provide personal care and support to people, sometimes with complex health and physical needs.
